The location and the pool. The only staff member we encountered was very nice and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. In the general sense of things it was an ok motel

They REALLY need a makeover. The bathroom wallpaper was peeling off the wall, the bathroom pedestal sink felt like it was going to fall over, the rugs and tile NEED a deep cleaning BADLY.

Definitely start deep cleaning the smoking rooms smells like mildew when cleaning please keep doors open so you can air the rooms out

Location

Room was old, dingy and smelled like mold. Furniture was old snd dirty. Spill spots were very noticeable on sofa . Lots of garbage under sofa bed. It needs a makeover and should be uptodate to match cost.
