Value Inn East Stroudsburg

There was no breakfast. It was nice other people complained about the paint peeling and smells but its an old motel and you get what you pay for.

There was hair throughout the room that was not ours.

Room was ok. The staff members were very friendly. Note that the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast even though it’s advertised on Expedia. Don’t spend extra money in upgrading your room to get breakfast. Expedia has been falsely advertising this for years and will not refund your money.

Nothing about the property is acceptable. So we liked no part of it.

Perfect for a one night stay.

We were in the area to day hike on the Appalachian trail. We chose the Value Inn because of the outdoor pool ( 95 degree temperatures) The bed was comfortable , air conditioning was appreciated, as was the hot water in the shower. There were no toiletries in the bathroom as stated in the website ad with the exception of a very thin bar of soap. Fortunately we brought our own. The coffee in the office was appreciated.

the quietness was awesome.cable also great.could use fresh paint on the walls or new wall papers but other wise pretty convenient stores are close gas station supermarket fast food restaurants bars and much more.

the wall papers on the wall need to be changed. a lil paint job and I think it would be good I haven't been in there in summer so I wouldn't know th experience about the pool

Location.

Price is a bit high for essentially a motel, on a weekend with no people because there's no snow.
