USThe bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and we enjoyed the chocolate chip waffles.
The front desk staff was not friendly or approachable. The remodel didn't affect us, but for family members staying on 4th floor stated the elevator worked but not sure and getting off on floor was a bit confusing. Again, front desk could've helped with some guidance or prepare them for what to expect.

Clean, friendly, good breakfast, comfortable beds and pillows. Conveniently located.
They lacked the basic necessities of a hotel: hot water. I checked in at 3p.m., no hot water. I asked for help then and was met with blank stares from staff. All staff could do was "reset" the water, which did not work and left it bone cold. I left for dinner and came back, still no hot water. I asked for help again, and more blank stares and mumbling about how the manager was gone for the day and would help me in the morning. The next morning, I woke up, and again no hot water. I went downstairs and was told the manager was not there and no one else knew what to do or how to help me.
