Could use some upgrades

Good room for the price. No frills, just a basic bed and shower. Was clean and a good stay.

Outdated

Run down hotel with a mostly not occupied reception. Breakfast section closed. Not even a coffee in the morning.

The back glass door to the hotel was propped open from the parking area, which is unsafe. The curtain on the window was ripped, and breakfast service was not available even though all the equipment was there. The grass outside the hotel looked like it had not been mowed in months. I felt like I was in Schitt's Creek. EW DAVID!

I have stayed at other Wyndham properties before and therefore expected a particular standard. This hotel is run down - the elevator inspection paperwork was dated from 2018. I arrived late at the location, and an employee came to check me in. At the front desk there was a sign saying that they were short staffed and therefore no breakfast would be available. I suspect that my sheets were not clean - but it was late and I had no other option. I would not stay here again. There are better options in Somerset.

Despite saying it’s a smoke-free environment, our room reeked of smoke. Housekeepers should have noticed this. Also, the desk is unmanned. It took at least 10 for someone to come to check us in.

It was warm and adequate. Couldnt talk to a real person on phone. Did not know that "limited staff" meant no coffee in a.m. but was ok..McD was next door. For price, was great!

The room had bedbugs there was no breakfast even though they advertise breakfast from 6-10am. there was nobody working there nobody at the front desk no housekeeping it was like a ghost hotel it was dirty the carpet Smelled it was just a horrible experience all the way around
