Wingate by Wyndham Somerset

No one was manning the desk. Client before me had been waiting 35 minutes. I finally found my key behind the desk on a sticky note with my name. The office was littered with trash and boxes. Wont stay at this place again

This place is tired. Linens worn out. Needs a refresh. Alright for a quick overnight.

Very nice staff, but awful hotel. Former Motel 6? Iron burn on the carpet, torn curtain, uneven/unsafe bathroom tile, horrible pillows. Terrible continental breakfast with spoiled milk. Parking under the hotel where the door was open with access to the elevator at all times for anyone wandering through; no need to go through the lobby! We chose it for the Wyndham name; I won’t make that mistake again.

Bed sheets and pillow cases have an odor, recently stay at the wingate in clearfield pa, totally different hotel , clearfield was very clean ( stayed five weeks there , every different room was very clean and fresh unlike this place) ill be looking for a different hotel tomorrow

The hot water wasn’t working. The shower and the shower curtains were dirty. The beds and the beddings smelled musty. Place isn’t clean at all.

Close to restaurants. Ample parking. Bike friendly.

The room was dirty with stains on the sheets. Socks were black after walking on the floors. Fire detector in room was hanging by wires. Room across from us had a bathroom flood and the guest had to find a mop in the cleaning closet, clerk didn't help!

Front desk Person was very helpful, friendly and very cooperative. Convenient car parking Our room was decent clean. Sheets was pretty clean. Little fridge and microwave was very clean. Tv in room was working. Cooling/heating unit was great. Room had everything you need for short stay

Window curtain was ripped off. bathroom needed little bit more cleaning : mirror wasn't cleaned. But it wasn't big issue for us, because we always carry a big box of disinfectants. so we wiped out entire room and bathroom (everything you would touch) just to be in safe side :)

Hotel was quiet even though it was completely booked. Pet friendly. But i had an issue with check out. Nobody at the counter. After waiting a little some helped me by speaker

No hot water in the sink or shower, wall had a hole in it,no breakfast was served like advertised,gnats were flying around in the breakfast area,staff was no where to be found for checking out
