They were pleasant, friendly and prompt with the check-in process....which was most appreciated, having driven approximately 7hrs through rain and arriving late at night instead of 4-5pm.

We did not sleep. The mattress was awful. There were damage marks that had been plastered over but not painted on several areas of the wall. It was a king room but there was only 1 recliner. No sofa or second recliner. The desk chair was so lopsided I was afraid the whole thing would tip over.

Breakfast was meager.

Breakfast selection could have been better. Yogurt would be a nice addition. Also, we only received one hand towel but maid service had left for the day.

This was near where we were headed, which was to the Flight 93 Memorial.

Clean and quiet

The room was unacceptable. Towels were clean and hung up however they were not suitable for shop rags. the sheets, blankets etc. were washed but had stains. The room was musty and did not smell good. We did end up not staying and were refunded for the room.
