The bed was kinda hard

close to the plaza and cathedral.

The stairs to get to the rooms were horrible. One of the guests checked out of her room to get to another hotel. Their room didn't have any chairs, so they had to put personal items and clothes on the floor.

Excellent location, right in front of the main square.

Right upfront on the main square. Great location. Lots of stairs!

No complaints, everything very nice and excellent service.

the location is prime. it is right next to the main cathedral and plaza. it is very well located so finding restaurants and things to do is not hard at all. noise is an issue but the hotel has shutters so you can close the windows completely and have a dark and semi noise-free room. daily room cleaning which is great. they also provide bottled water daily which is a plus is mexico.

noise was a big issue for us. be aware the bell on the cathedral goes off at night as well as the daytime. sometimes every hour or every half hour, but it goes off at 5am daily. since it is right next to the main attraction, music and people will be roaming until 3am on weekends.
