This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Very clean. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff super nice. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed my stay. Would stay here again.

Location, cleainess, great shower

Site said "spa" which means or implies WATER/POOL etc. Pool has been boarded up for 2-3 years! Requested on their site a handicap room- message not received. Mattress was like sleeping on a marshmallow. No seating chair - only desk chair on casters.

"Bad Experience"

Booked a room in February of 2025, vacation was planned for June 13 , showed up approximately 4:30 pm walked in door ,at check in was met by Nate,he proceeded to tell me my room was canceled ,i asked why, because they overbooked, I asked to speak to the manager , no manager was there, there were three of us, I booked for two days , was offered a I bedroom room for one day, What is a reservation for if you cannot hold it. I left and found another hotel. No one ever reached out to me to apologize or offer any compensation,It’s no July still no one has reached out to us, what kind of customer service is this ?I warn anyone stay away from Hampton Inn & Suites Mentor Ohio!!!
