Great place, especially for kids

Went over Father’s Day weekend so it was naturally busy. Check in is 4pm but we were not able to check in till 530pm. Nothing was offered for the inconvience. I enquired about extending my stay but as the property is actually a timeshare the reception cannot help you with any bookings it’s all online. We stayed in the condo suite, room was nice, comfortable bed, it does get warm even with the air con on, there’s no ceiling fans in the room. would have been nice if there were some waters left in the room but there isn’t. There are no elevators so you have to carry everything up two flights of stairs. We used the private entrance to Legoland which was convienent. It takes you closer to the back of the park. However when entering I was asked for the private entrance pass from the hotel which was never given to me? The staff were nice enough to let it slide. Overall the stay was decent, if you don’t need the private entrance you could prob find somewhere much cheaper, the Legoland parking doesn’t really make a difference as the hotel charges $35 a night to park anyway.

We loved our stay - the kitchen one bedroom was perfect for our family, it even had a washer/dryer! Our kids loved the pool and waterslide and there is even a golf cart which gets you around the very large property to all the buildings. Thanks to Tom the golf cart driver, and all the friendly front desk staff!

Beautiful and amazing people

I’ve stayed with Hilton Grand Vacations on multiple occasions and had wonderful experiences. We arrived late last night and I’m only getting more disappointed by the minute. We were told: we would get a two bedroom, it is only a one bedroom. There was a washer/dryer, there is not one in our unit. There are water slides for the kids, they are broken and out of service. The hot-tub by our pool is roped off. We tried playing the giant connect four, broken. We went over to the outdoor billards table, does not have a full set of balls. I’ve called the front desk and the customer service line to make other accommodations and they said due to the fact we checked in, they could not do anything to accommodate us. We would have to pay the entire stay and they couldn’t provide any customer service. I get very little time away lately, I would have been happy to pay substantially more for the accommodations that were advertised.

We truly always enjoy staying at Marbrisa resort. We have stayed there a number of times and have never had a bad stay. Megan and Chris and Dave are the admins there and they do a phenomenal job making sure the grounds are spotless and beautiful. I would encourage owners to join then for Coffee once a (Thursdays if I recall) its an event they do by the pool at the firepit at the cove. Great way to find out info and ask questions. They are a phenomenal source of information and are all super friendly!!! This last stay my wife had hurt her back the month before we arrived and she was still very much unable to walk so we did not get to join then for the coffee event and we were very sad. We are looking forward to seeing them this summer. Thanks guys for always making our stays amazing!!! We didnt get to see Kevin this trip either, again we were quite sad. We always look forward to seeing Kevin at the front desk to check us in, he always makes us feel like we are at home. So again, we are soooooo looking forward to seeing all of them this summer.
