Marbrisa Carlsbad Resort

Beautiful area and close to legoland, but our air condition didn’t work properly, we even had maintenance to our room 3 times and it was never fixed properly. So it we tossed and turn all night due to the temperature.

It was great with the service and accommodations. Only issues were cleanliness. My sisters stayed in one room and me in another. Their bathroom smelled like pee and had pee stains around the toilet. Our sofa bed looked like they didnt even check it was used. The sheet was all crumbled up and there was hair on it.

I enjoyed the water slide in the Cove swimming pool after the lifeguard lady assured me that it would make me feel young again. It did!

There needs to be more dinning

Top notch hotel, from the amenities to the staff! We were originally going to stay at the Legoland Hotel and so happy we didn’t. After a long day at Legoland it was so nice to go back to a calm and relaxing hotel and sit by the pool. The private entry to Legoland was much appreciated. I reserved two rooms one for my son’s family and the other for us. One thing that we were all perplexed about was no maid service for the three nights we were there. We called and they said we don’t have maid service for our stay? So weird, even the small hotels we stay at offer maid service. Especially for a three night stay? Other than that, we will be back and I’ll clean our room. lol

Our family enjoyed this property from the moment we checked in. From the staff to the grounds. To the proximity to Legoland. I rented two rooms, one for my son’s family and the other for us. One thing we both were perplexed about is, no maid service included for the three days we spent there? Other than that…a great time was had and we will be back!

So happy we came here instead of the LEGOLAND Hotel. After a day at Legoland you it’s nice to come back to a relaxing atmosphere. Great hotel. Amenities top notch! We will be back.

Highly recommend staying at the Marbrisa Carlsbad Resort. The staff are wonderful at all levels. Calling a couple weeks before our stay to confirm everything and better understand the amenities, the front counter clerk was super helpful. Check-in was easy and fast. Our room was immaculately clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you would want to feel at home. Don't forget to place your room key in the holder next to the front door to activate all the plugs and lights. This is an energy saving hotel that runs on rooftop solar panels. Check-out was a breeze with no surprises. We loved this location and proximity to everything nearby like Legoland private entrance, the beach and fantastic food options. We are already planning our next stay here!

Great place to stay with your family!

Pros: Very nice room and facility. Kids loved the pool. The only con would be the 4pm check-in and 10am check-out requirements. We were there just one night so that left the duration of stay considerably short. Going back again for a longer stay.
