Please note that the property reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival. Please note the published rates for half board, full board and all inclusive stays on 25 and 31st December include a mandatory supplement for the gala dinner held on that evening. The cleaning is done on alternate days, for more information please contact the hotel reception. The rooms in Grand Muthu Golf Plaza Hotel will no longer have free use of the kitchen area. All the customers, who wish to use the kitchen, must request it at the reception and pay a fee of 5€ per day for the whole stay, uninterruptedly. We will continue to offer the facility of a fridge and some utensils outside the kitchen area.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. La piscina

Las habitaciones, el sillón muy incómodo para dormir. Cruje muchiisimo y es muy viejo. También la bañera es peligrosa, resbala mucho para ir con niños.

"No es un 5 Estrellas..."

El personal en general, definitivamente fue lo que nos salvó la estancia, y en especial el camarero Freddy; todas las veces que coincidimos fue súper atento, buen profesional y muy amable.

Aquí un poco decepcionada, para resumir sólo diré que no es un 5 Estrellas Grand, ni por servicios, ni por calidad, ni por la oferta gastronómica, más bien un 3 normalito. Parece que en los más de 20 años que tiene no han reformado, ni actualizado el mobiliario (Sólo la TV plana). Se ve falta de mantenimiento en los detalles. Aún así, estaba limpio, lo cual es muy importante. La piscina "climatizada" no se nota así. Las fotos de las habitaciones que hay en Booking y en la web del hotel no se corresponden con las reales. Reservé una Suite Junior (más cara) porque la ducha aparece con mampara y estuve en una con bañera y cortina. Las mantas de las camas parece que no las lavan a menudo, nos dió alergia todas las noches y no pudimos utilizarlas, tuvimos que subir la temperatura del AC (por no hablar de las manchas de las sábanas 🤮).

Nagyon nagyon kedves személyzet volt, finom és változatos volt a svédasztalos reggeli. Nagyon tágasak a szobák és maga a szálloda is nagyon szép.

Az ágyak, bútorok borzalmasan kényelmetlenek és régiek.
