El circuito termal está muy bien, aunque el circuito especial Balnea no vale la pena (para mi) El personal muy bien, todos muy educados. Los fisios un 10!!

Yo pedí expresamente cama matrimonial y me han alojado en una habitación con 2 camas. Como ponen 2 camas para una pareja de recién casados, no lo entiendo. Evidentemente no descansé bien, se iban abriendo las camas… No había servicio de habitaciones, quise pedir algo de comer y no era posible, se supone que son 4 estrellas :) Habitación muy limpia pero la ducha dejaba mucho que desear, oxidada y negra por dentro :( Quizás la próxima probaría el otro hotel de 4 estrellas para comparar y solo por el circuito termal.

Гарний готель, загалом залишилися дуже позитивні враження. Сніданки та вечері смачні, сервіс приємний.

Невелике побажання: оскільки спа входило у вартість проживання, було б зручніше, якби для спа надавали окремі рушники. Зараз їх потрібно брати з номера, а для трьох осіб у кімнаті було лише три рушники, що створює певні незручності.
