Balneario de Archena - Hotel Termas

The location

Very confusing on arrival, no signs to direct you where you need to go, for example, there’s a small parking area next to the hotels for drop off only, then you need to go and park in the main parking. Check in good, luckily we arrived when the reception was quiet, but most of the time more people waiting! The rooms are very basic, with a plastic pole holding a shower curtain, that kept falling off! Beds ok, although not so good for a second night! We stayed in room 025 in the main hotel, very noisy!!!! Next to the restaurant so we could here furniture moving from around 7am till after midnight! The thermal spa was nice, you need to pay 35€ each to go in. The main pool area gets very busy, with a lot of families, so not as relaxing as it could be. Breakfast was ok, only scrambled eggs as the hot option, lunch was poor, felt like a school canteen! We both had stomach ache after!! It could be so much more, the main hotel is in need of some renovation!

Пластиковые стаканчики в номере вместо стеклянных, нет тапочек/чайника/чая/кофе/воды, полотенца/шапочки/парковка и даже замочки для шкафчиков не входят в стоимость спа/проживания в номере, что является настоящим жлобством за такую стоимость проживания и самого спа. Персонал на ресепшен очень медленно работает и большинство не владеют самыми простыми английскими словами.

La habitación doble superior era muy bonita y muy amplia y con vistas al Río. Como prometía. El hotel es hermoso. Antiguo con historia pero bien conservado. La piscina y las instalaciones estaban pulcras a pesar de la gran cantidad de gente. Me encantó la parte que sales al exterior dentro de la piscina.

La ducha era pequeña. Resbalaba mucho. La piscina estaba hasta los topes de gente y de relax nada de nada. Parecía un parque acuático para familias numerosas. Fue lo único de lo que me puedo y quiero quejar.

Very old and smelling humidty .. this is not termal hotel . They have only heated pool . And you have to pay extra for spa circuit .

Las instalaciones y su limpieza

El no SILENCIO por la presencia desmesurada de niños y familiares que piensan que el balneario es un parque acuático.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable. The spa is great.

Nothing.

En sí el sitio está muy bien. Ya he ido varias veces y me gusta mucho lo que es todo el balneario en general. El entorno, las termas, las habitaciones, camas muy cómodas y el buffet buenísimo.

Los secadores de pelo de los vestuarios, la gran mayoría no funcionan. Esta vez había demasiada gente y para poder utilizar los chorros, hamacas de burbujas y demás era un poco difícil. Después, el tiempo que tienes que esperar hasta poder volver a poner en marcha todo ello, también lo veo un poco inconveniente. Y aunque en general estaba todo bastante limpio. En la habitación, me encontré alguna vedija de pelos. Y la lámpara de techo de la habitación, un simple plafon halogeno, un poco cutre, no concordante con el resto de decoración. En los baños de barro, las cañerías de pvc a la vista, tampoco queda muy bien con el resto de las instalaciones.
