"Had a lovely holiday, staff exceptional. Location was good very central. Food was excellent."

The location and the staff were great

The balcony was small and seats very uncomfortable hence we never sat out and enjoyed it as we would have wanted to.

Diesmal ein Zimmer nach hinten erwischt, Fenster öffnen wegen dem Lärm in der Fußgängerzone unmöglich, Klimaanlage so lala, extrem unkomfortable Nacht

Die Lage des Hotels ist unübertrefflich, Hafen, Lokale und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir genießen auch insbesondere den Pool auf der Dachterrasse. Zimmer sehr sauber und gepflegt, Frühstück hervorragend vor dem Hotel mit Blick auf den See. Sehr freundliches Personal. Auch wichtig, das Hotel verfügt über eine eigene Tiefgarage. Wie immer: Perfekt

The hotel is beautifully renovated and in an excellent location. The staff was extremely attentive and welcoming. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making the stay very cozy and relaxing. The breakfast was the best we had during our trip.

The location of the hotel was superb, overlooking the lake. Breakfast was very good. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful, with Agatha and her male colleague especially so, who accommodated us with a change of room, so that our view of the lake was improved.
