Warm service by staff and nice breakfast though the hotel is a bit old

Lovely hotel for the price exceptionally friendly and attentive staff. Great peaceful location in the heart of the town, I particularly enjoyed watching the sunset on the lakeside terrace.

The service and hospitality were amazing and beyond my expectation. As an Asian tourist in the midst of the pandemic, I was worried about hatred or discrimination towards Asians, but everyone at this hotel was super nice. They helped me with parking my car, finding a good restaurant nearby, and getting basic info about the hotel and the town. The lake view from the room was also breathtakingly beautiful. The breakfast was much better than the standard hotel breakfast, and the lake view from the breakfast area was wonderful as well. I hope I can come back to this town again and stay at Hotel Marconi for a longer period of time.

From the fantastic welcome, the beautiful location and incredible service, it’s been a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff are caring, friendly and will go out of their way to help you. The rooms are lovely and the setting is just out of this world!
