This was listed as a 4 star hotel, which i assume it is, but my room, particularly the bathroom was very run down. Instead of a sliding shower doors or even a curtain there was half a shower door that instead of staying still would flop around. Fantastic breakfast though.

Lage top, Frühstück top, die Einzelzimmer könnten renoviert werden (Duschen in der Badewanne). Das Motorrad konnte kostenlos in der Tiefgarage abgestellt werden. Alles Bestens!

The staff was friendly, this is the second time I visit this hotel and for sure I will return. The classic architecture is fantastic, all the facilities, such as pools and spa, were quite good. Just the breakfast I feel that more options can be added.

Sehr gemütlich eingerichtete Unterkunft. Sehr viele Details erinnern an die historische Herkunft der Stadt - viel Verbundenheit (sehr schöne dekorative Details) mit der Kirche. Internetverbindung mangelhaft. Parkplatz-Gebühren recht hoch, die kostenlosen Parkplätze sind vorhanden, jedoch viel zu wenig. Insgesamt sehr schön gelegen, 2 Minuten Fußweg zur Innenstadt, recht geräumige Zimmern, schöne Badeeinrichtung. Duschgel in diese winzigen Kapseln abgepackt, die sehr unpraktisch sind - das geht besser (mit schön sparsam eingestellten Duschgelspender z.B.). Personal freundlich und beherrscht min. zwei Sprachen, sehr zuvorkommend. Unterkunft, mit Ausnahme der Internetverbindung, ist empfehlenswert, vor allem für Besucher ab 50 werden sich hier sehr wohl fühlen.

Sono anni che soggiorno in questo hotel e sempre tutto è perfetto dal personale , ai proprietari tutti gentili e disponibili . Ottimo ristorante sia per cena che colazione con buffet di dolci ed antipasti ad altissimo livello . Spa e piscine fantastiche .

La struttura offre numerosi servizi e la Brixen Card è tutta un'opportunità. Reputo sia un ambiente adatto alle famiglie e sembra di essere in una grande casa. Per chi non è abituato ai bambini stessi può risultare un po' rumoroso e impegnativo. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Le stanze sono confortevoli ma hanno bisogno di piccole riforme per renderle più attuali. Il cibo di ottima qualità e con possibilità di diverse scelte squisite. Nel complesso è stato un soggiorno piacevole e non nego di scegliere volentieri nuovamente questo hotel.
