Sehr schönes Zimmer

At first I thought I made a mistake and arrived in another hotel. But I did not. In the pictures there is a modern hotel, in real life it is more like an early 90s revival. The room was very worn out and smelled weird (so do corridors). Each bathrobe was different, slippers as well. Climate control did not work. The only good thing was a garage and nice staff during breakfast, otherwise very bad experience. I have no idea where they got the idea this is a 4* hotel.

It was a larger hotel than I expected. I usually prefer smaller, family establishments, but I learned that this was a family-owned hotel, and that’s why it was homey and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful, with a wide array of foods for carnivores and vegetarians—even a juicer with carrots, apples and ginger. The room was very nice with a balcony looking over the river. The pools were terrific, indoors and out. I even had a. Nice massage, which was ok and not too pricey. The hotel is very well-located in the town and early morning walks along the river are a must. The lifts to the upper mountains were not yet functioning in May, so I was disappointed that I could not hike in the upper, spectacular areas. Advice: wait till June 1.

10++/ A+++ Smooth Check-in. Very nice and helpful check-in young woman. Parking directly out front. Big hotel with many rooms. Nice giant big room. VERY VERY clean. great hot water. Good wiFi. Really excellent and good value. Pools, spa, good food and great service. The hotel supplies a Brixen card means free travel etc in the local area.

Albergo bellissimo, con servizi (che non abbiamo usato) davvero extra lusso. Colazione e cena di qualità. Gentilezza e attenzione per la clientela.

Das Personal ist zuvorkommend, egal ob an der Reception oder im Restaurant. Das Hotel teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was aber noch unter "Charme" durchgehen kann. Sehr sauber und sehr zentral gleich beim autofreien Zentrum von Brixen mit Dom, etc. gelegen.
