Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt in Toblach rundum zufrieden und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen! Besonders schön fanden wir den freundlichen Empfang – auch unser Hund wurde herzlich aufgenommen, was für uns ein großer Pluspunkt war. Man hat sich direkt willkommen gefühlt. Ein weiterer Vorteil war der nahegelegene kostenlose Parkplatz, wodurch An- und Abreise sowie Ausflüge völlig unkompliziert waren. Die Lage der Unterkunft war ideal für unsere Unternehmungen: Sowohl Ausflüge zum Pragser See als auch Touren in die Dolomiten konnten wir problemlos und entspannt starten. Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Staffs at the restaurant were nice

I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. I booked it based on positive reviews, but the reality was shocking for the price I paid (~216€/night). The room was so small that we had to leave our luggage on the balcony. Facilities were very old, walls were so thin we could hear people coughing and talking next door, and the sauna/pool closed at 7pm—too early for hikers. The sauna shower was broken and flooded the floor, which was disgusting. What upset me most was the pricing and city tax issue. Other guests paid around 100€/night (I asked them myself), yet I was charged double. When I raised this, the hotel blamed Booking.com, while also claiming they had upgraded me (they hadn’t—I booked the balcony option). On top of that, I was double-charged for city tax: 11€ already paid via Booking.com, plus 19.10€ in cash at the hotel. The staff explained that city tax was about 3€ per person per night, which means my total should have been around 18–20€. In reality, I paid over 30€, which is clearly more than I owed. The hotel front blamed the Booking.com for incorrect info but regardless, I overpaid. That was the truth. Booking.com later confirmed the extra charge was incorrect and requested the hotel for a refund but told me they never got further response from the hotel. For a hotel far from the city center and not even in the main Dolomites area, this stay was uncomfortable, overpriced, and frustrating. I regret booking here. If I had paid 100€ per night, I wouldn’t be this frustrated. Whoever put up that price is seriously in the wrong. I regret booking here.

Hotel bello grande e spazioso come anche la camera con una grande vetrata vista montagna molto pulita come il resto del hotel.

Non mi sono piaciuti i servizi dalla spa non lo neanche vista perché hanno ridotto il servizio perché dicevano che sono a fine stagione si però sul prezzo della camera ho pagato anche questo servizio poi chi ci lavorava dentro non erano per niente socievoli erano distanti.Forse erano stanchi della stagione lavorativa. Comunque se pago pretendo lo stesso trattamento come inizio stagione.Concludendo io mia moglie e mie amici che erano con noi sicuramente non ci ritorneremo.
