Beautifully unique and kind efficient staff . The food is AMAZING and the customer natural creams a really unique bonus ! I’m still enjoying my small samples - wish I would have bought some .

A little farther for travel to surrounding area .

Simply put, this property is a paradise in the mountains, surrounded by vineyards and apple orchards, and amazing views. The grounds are well manicured with lush gardens, the rooms are luxurious and incredibly well-appointed, the restaurants are impeccable, and the staff caters to your every whim. I am counting the days until I can go back and enjoy more time there.

Staff at reception. Wine expertise. Location high above the valley.

Staff in Restaurant was sometimes slightly disorganised. Some longer waiting times and wrong deliveries. Nothing major. Value for money for dinner was not optimal. Small amounts, highly priced. Pre-booking of wellness activities was partially ignored.

Classy. E-bikes were great. Great views

Road to hotel was quite something. Needs to be clearer that is is very tricky to get to and a single land road with multiple twists and turns - very awkward when cars coming the other way - quite painful to navigate. Hotel was not great value for money

"Can improve a lot to reach the escellence, however chef and staff are doing great job."

Nice view, great service and excellent food.

The room was very old with the old furnishing and equipment. Much needed major renovation and modernisation of all rooms but also facilities such as the pool area etc.
