One of the friendliest and most charming hotels in the Dolomites. This property has beautiful rooms, amazing spa and food.

We've traveled widely, and this is one of the best hotels we've stayed in. Everything was outstanding. The location can't be beat, 3 cable cars within a 10 minute walk. It's also very convenient to the city. Each and every staff member we dealt with was terrific. The concierge, Simon, offered invaluable assistance with hiking in the unbelievably beautiful Dolomites. Breakfast was great, many choices, all delicious. The room was comfortable and airy with a great view of Ortisei. And the bar was relaxing place to get a drink and snack after a long hike.

I can not say enough about this hotel! The rooms, the staff, the food, the spa were all just amazingly perfect! The beds were so most comfortable beds of our trip. The breakfast was larger and more delicious than any I have ever experienced and if you like fresh squeezed juice, they'll make you whatever type you want right there! The Spa is something like 22,000 sq ft! Don't quote me but I think that's close. They have every high tech spa treatment one could ever ask for and more saunas in one resort than I've ever seen. While I didn't have children with me, I did check out the Kid's Club area and it is a child's dream. It's multilevel with something for every age group to keep the kids busy for HOURS. I wanted to go hang out in the theater room myself! The town with its options for hiking or skiing is just a picture perfect Dolomites town. While we were there during the summer and absolutely loved it, we now want to come back to experience it in the winter. The resort mentioned that they can take care of your ski needs and transportation to different ski areas. We loved that we were a very short walk to the ski lift that took us up for the mountain for a beautiful hike. I was really sad that I had not planned to stay in this beautiful hotel longer but love that they give each guest a little gift of their honey to take home. I actually had some in my tea this morning and it was such a perfect way to remind me of our time there.
