Alpenheim Charming & Spa Hotel

It is such a beautiful place! It is located on top of the hill overlooking the town of Ortisei. The breakfast was great and the staff were amazing and very friendly. We were able to book a massage as an add on one of the days after a long hike, which was perfect.

There was no air conditioning or fans in the rooms. We tried opening the door a bit at night but then flies would come in. I used my small personal fan and it worked well to help keep cool at night. It was also a walk up a steep hill every time coming back from a long day. It was very doable but I was always out of breath by the time I got to the hotel.

Our second year spending the holidays at Alpenheim. Wonderful staff, exceptional service, excellent meals and great location! We will be back again!

Incredible hotel, the ambient make you feel so relaxed, amazing breakfast, staff is nice and room are clean and cozy and the pool is amazing. There is a nice 10min walk to the town, with the snow is magical. One of the best hotel I've been 10/10
