Classic Hotel Am Stetteneck

Location, free parking, the room was spotless with a most beautiful view and the spa was excellent. Breakfast was a great spread & variety of choices. Beds were comfortable. The scenery was perfect & idyllic. The free bus transport between villages was easy to use.

Housekeeping started hoovering at 7am and it was during low season for that time of the year!

The staff were SO incredibly nice. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. 10/10. The pool is so relaxing and clean. Feels like a spa

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Stetteneck with our family. Truly one to remember! The staff helped us with everything we needed, including birthday cakes. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality made us feel completely at home. Our visit was extra special as we celebrated New Year’s Eve. The New Year’s Eve celebration was beautifully organized, with a wonderful atmosphere, delicious food, and a festive spirit that made the night unforgettable for both adults and kids. It was the perfect way to start the New Year together. On top of that, the team went above and beyond to make us feel at home, adding thoughtful touches that meant a lot to us. And they really looked after the kids as well. The room was great for us as a family, and the swimming pool was a great after ski relaxing moment. The hotel itself is charming, comfortable, and perfectly suited for families. Located in the centre and close to the pistes made it easy every morning to hit the slopes. The lockers for the ski's, the cooperation with the rental company, and the pick up service was awesome. The combination of great service, a welcoming environment, and attention to detail made this a truly memorable experience. Thanks Sicilia and team, well done! We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Charming hotel right in the center of Ortisei. It's in the pedastrian area, so if you drive here you need to inform the hotel to submit your license plate. Great and rich breakfast. Set-menu dinners are also avilable. Walkable range to the cable car to Alpe di Suisi. We got two connected rooms, one with balcony and both with table and seats in a corner booth (like it). Although the place is old, it is well maintained and everything works.

Services are all great, except a moody male front staff that'd better find another non-hospitality job.
