Classic Hotel Am Stetteneck

Çalışanların guleryuzlulugu ve ilgisi muhteşemdi. Otelin temizligi ve konumu harikaydı.bir hafta boyunca evimizde hissettik kendimizi. Günün yorgunluğunu attıp yeni güne dinlenerek uyandığımız bir kayak tatili yaptık. Akşam yemekleri sabah kahvaltısı çok lezzetli ve çeşitli taze idi. Tüm ekip şahane bir iş çıkarıyorlar. Gelecek yıl Dolomitlerde yerimiz belli.

This Hotel is truly beautiful.It has so many wood carvings and traditional crafts enhancing the beautiful building.The decor is traditional and elegant . The rooms are large and well equipped with stunning views of the pretty town of Ortisei. The food was sourced locally and presented and served exquisitely.The staff were so attentive and friendly and nothing is too much trouble .The swimming pool is delightful with chandeliers to create a decidant , calming atmosphere.

A perfect stay as always ! We always enjoy the warm welcome from Andrea & the team, the lovely setting, amazing food and impeccable service. We also very much appreciated the special attention for the first stay of our puppy who now also has become a loyal Stetteneck guest :) Many thanks and see you again next year !

We had a very nice stay in your hotel. The room was nice ( with the secret curtain= mirror 😂) The food was very good and the service was excellent. As a guest they make you feel special. Thank you! We will return next year.

Our stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful from start to finish. Breakfast and Dinner was delicious. We loved how central it was and how close we were to the main cable cars we needed to use. The room was also very spacious and the breakfast buffet was delicious!!!

The customer service… the lady at the desk was so rude. our room was not lockable upon arrival which you can understand would cause some worry over our personal belongings being inside the room but she offered no sense of comfort or understanding and instead was quite rude. She also gave us false information about how we could pay for the cable cars and she made us feel stupid when we asked the questions. So disappointing since on the day we were leaving, there was another lady at the desk and she seemed so much more lovely.

With walking distance to the cable car for Secada. It is not far from the bus stop and very convenient to travel around the area by bus. Hotel is very classy. The temperature and humidity inside the room is perfect. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommended.
