Frokosten er innholdsrik og god. Personalet er utrolig hyggelig. En føler seg velkommen og de gjør sitt ytterste for at gjestene skal trives. Hotellet tilbyr utflukt med guide. Og guiden, Aaron, var hyggelig, kunnskapsrik og en perfekt guide.

Location of the hotel is very good. The quality of the food is extremely high and delicious. The room was clean, spacious and the beds comfortable

Perfectly located in the pedestrian area, close to ski lifts, shops and activities. We chose the hotel for its location and facilities and were thrilled with it. We loved watching the world go by from the hotel cafe with a drink and strudel just as much as we loved the hotel lounge and ‘merenda’. Christmas Eve and New Years Eve gala dinners were full of atmosphere, marvellous dinner, drinks and nice entertainment. A huge ‘shout-out’ to thank all the staff who made the holiday extra special, nothing was too much trouble and always with a smile - it felt like an extended family. The rooms were exactly as described, we stayed for 2 weeks and never felt squashed. Beautifully clean throughout the hotel, we were very happy with how well the rooms and facilities were maintained. One thing we noticed, was that we never heard other guests or noise within the hotel, once we closed our door, we didn’t hear anything from within the hotel. Our daughters could hear noise from outside (but they usually had the window open a crack), we heard very little from outside. The hotel has a good focus on the environment and sustainability, we made use of the Süd-Tirol Mobil card to travel to surrounding areas such as Bressanone or Sëlva. We also noted the chef’s use of food to avoid waste, and we ate like kings and queens. We can’t wait to return, this was the best skiing hotel and holiday I have been on! Thank you to the hotel team!
