Good stay!

Hotel was dated and really needs some repairs and updating

Very friendly staff , clean and convenient location

Fine, clean, good staff place to stay overnight if you are boarding a cruise ship the next day. Propertty needed some repairs & updating. But I understand hotels in Europe are somewhat different than the ones in North America. So I knew it would be a small room. But, again, fine for a family of 3 for 1 night. Great location.

We experienced some issues with the AC in our room, but they moved us to a different room. There was no ice available for drinks. The rooms were large, as well as the bathrooms. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

Nice 3 star hotel close to restaurants and convenient to cruise port.

The room served it’s purpose. We got there early as we were departing from a cruise. We were a family of 9 and was hoping to leave our luggage and hit the beach for the day. They don’t have a luggage room. They offered us to leave our luggage out by the bathrooms but at our own risk, as it would be unattended and out in the open. There was a mistake with the booking (no idea if it was Hotels.com or the hotel), the staff resolved it but was not friendly about it. The hotel did not allow us to take their towels to the beach, but there were places at the beach that rented towels and water shoes.

The room was visibly filled with mold. The ladies that checked us in were friendly. The evening guy was snobbish. Towels in room were similar to napkins at a dinner table and they were filthy! Thankfully it was a short stay because it’s close to the cruise port but it was horrible.

This was only a one night stay before going on a cruise. The hotel was very comfortable and a lovely breakfast. Reception were very helpful organising a transfer from the airport for us and recommending somewhere to eat the evening we arrived.
