Nice clean room, Air Conditioner super cool

This property had a great location, friendly and helpful staff and was clean. We found the bathroom needed to be updated, especially the shower. Overall we were satisfied with our 1 night stay.

Area clean and people very friendly.

Great location. Walking distance to train station and Close to shuttle to take you to port. Close to beach and restaurants.

To start, the room we were assigned was nothing close to the photos shown on their website or on Expedia. We had no chairs, no lamps, no bedspread, room for only one suitcase, no phone. . pretty pathetic for a "Deluxe Double Seaview". 160 sf compared to their advertised 217 sf. They advertise laundry facilities but it is a send out service that takes 2 days and not available on weekends. The room was never cooler than 82F, best it could do according to their engineer, and no wifi available in the room. Despite multiple complaints, they would not relocate us even though most rooms on the floor were vacant. I have tried to to get management to respond to emails regarding the taxi they arranged for our transport to the cruise terminal; I find 50 Euros excessive for a 5 minute ride plus the taxi was unmarked, the driver refused to meter the trip, refused to accept anything but cash and refused to provide a receipt . . some operation they are running. I will be taking this up further with Expedia when we return to the US.

Good value for price and convenience to port/ cruise travelers

We arrived at the property around 2 to check in, room is not ready yet. This we understand as the check in time is 3 Pm. Then we went out to explore the city and return after 9 PM. The room is ready, but the lock is broken, and we ask the night staff, he said he knew it but still assign the room to us, do nothing to find another room or replace the lock. For more than 7 hours after we arrived, the hotel didn't do anything to replace the lock, and the night staff is very rude, just ignore our request, we asked other questions, like is there any hot water, he just ignore, rude. Too bad

I picked this hotel because it was close to the cruise port. It worked out well for my needs because it was a two minute walk to the bus station that cruise passengers could use to go straight to the cruise terminal. The hotel staff were helpful with explaining the transportation options to the port. They include a sign in the lobby that lists the cost of the bus. The room was a little run down but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel js within walking distance to a few restaurants. It was a little tricky coordinating the shuttle to the hotel with the hotel staff but after a few emails, it got confirmed. Overall, the staff were friendly.
