Les chambres peu insonorisées les une par rapport aux autres, un itinéraire indiqué sur BOOKING qui ne permet pas de se rendre en voiture à l’hôtel

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de sitios históricos de Genova. Mención aparte merece su personal. Deje olvidados en la caja de seguridad mis documentos, incluido mi pasaporte. Cuando notaron mi descuido inmediatamente me contactaron, estando yo en un avión viajando a Alemania, menos mal que a otro país de la UE, y le pedí a un amigo Genovés que fuese al hotel a recogerlo y me lo enviase vía courier. El hotel colaboró totalmente y en menos de 24 horas pude recuperar mi cartera de viaje con absolutamente todo. Mi agradecimiento y mi felicitación al equipo del Hotel Best Western Plus City Hotel en Génova

Que mi estancia en Genova fue muy corta!
