I paid extra for a deluxe room with ocean view, however the room I got is the room with the direct street view, it misleading advertising, please be aware. The staff said that they have no control how Expedia describes the rooms

Booked An Executive room through Expedia, got a good deal. When we arrived to check in my wife and I were told we would have breakfast included and we thought lovely and there website does say for Executive rooms that breakfast is included. When checking out we were told that because we booked through Expedia the price was low and we would have to pay for the breakfast's that we had. Wow !!! We could have gone out for breakfast had we known this and we may have paid upfront for the four that my wife and I had. Told the manager that we were told that the breakfast was included when we checked in and he argued not so. I should not have paid but did for 3 breakfast. Manager tried to give us a free bottle of water for leaving journey and I said we would not take it in case we got charged for it !!! Told him that I would complain to Expedia and that the situation was bad and very unprofessional. He followed us out arguing. Terrible experience.

"Went for high guest rating, would not return."

Stay was ok, was convinced to pay €40 to upgrade to their “suite” paid, got a room without AC getting cold enough, unless we called down, then still didn’t get colder. We opened windows, but the. Got mosquitos in the room, and but during sleep. Bathroom sink didn’t drain, when asked about a refund, we were told we should have called to raise our concerns more, which is fair but we just wanted to sleep, as we had a long drive in the morning. We were refunded the parking fee of €19 but not for the room. Would not recommend upgrading if they attempt.

This was a wonderful hotel. Very comfortable and convenient to everything. The staff was incredible and friendly. The breakfast was awesome with a great selection. Will definitely stay here again.
