"Great views good location."

Nice hotel with friendly staff we had a great view. Good central location plenty of restaurants and shop's close by. Public car park directly opposite the hotel for convenient parking costs around 13 euro a day .

"Nice intimate hotel overlooking the sea..."

Lovely hotel located overlooking the sea. Wonderful and friendly hosts ...helpful too. Close to all restaurants and promenade ...able to walk everywhere. We came in by train and was a quick and easy walk to the hotel. We would stay here again and highly recommend this property. Breakfast is included in the room and was great. We stayed in the Jr. Suite overlooking the sea.

"So close to everything you want"

The hotel is so close to everything that you want to do while in Rapallo - great restaurants, the beach, the port for the boat day trip to Portofino and the train station for getting to and from Rapallo.

"Enjoyed our Stay"

Our stay at Hotel Riveria was great. We leave our backpacks at the hotel early in the morning before check in and by the time we arrive at night, the backpacks were placed in our room. The staffs are friendly and helpful, even thought the receptionist in the evening speaks limited English, he was still very helpful. The lobby is comfortable. We sat at lobby to read instead of heading to the seaside. On Wednesday, there is weekly day market along the seaside, just outside the hotel.

"Top location"

Top location and very friendly! We had a great view from the balcony with partial sea-view, but next time will pay the extra for a sea-view room. The hotel is in the best location in town, at only steps away from the ferry to Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure, and other nice surrounding places. Rapallo has a very nice board walk area, but is not bicycle friendly, which has been an inconvenience for us.

"Nice Hotel"

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Rivera for four days. The room was adequate, bed comfortable, nice location, Italian style breakfast--coffee so-so, but there are a lot of cafes very close for better coffee. Claude', at the front desk was AWESOME, he gave us a lot of information and arranged tickets for the boat tour to Portofino, Santa Margarita. He was always pleasant and cheerful. All of the personnel were great and helpful, but Claude' (sp) stood out. Our only complaint would be that the A/C was not the best.
