"Awesome friendly hotel."

Visiting as a large group for a birthday. The hotel put on a lovely event, more than we expected. Convenient to all locations. Great service, staff where very friendly & helpful.

"Good"

This room was clean and tidy but very dated and small.When we booked online the room we booked looked nothing like the one we got which was very disappointing.The staff were excellent however and the train station is only a few minutes away.The hotel is situated in a nice quite area.

"Perfect base in SML"

The hotel is clean, bright and a very short walk to thr seafront. Free buffet breakfast with an excellent spread, and most of all pet friendly! The staff were amazing and even upgraded us on arrival to a standard double room with balcony as we were only staying one night. Room was very very nice. Perfect stay.

Very well located. Steps from beach and downtown. Close to train station. Friendly and helpful staff (front desk lady-short hair) Welcome Prosecco wine glass with appetizers for all guests! Free bikes available for guests! Spacious room. Small bathroom. Balcony with chairs in rooms.

"Quaint and comfy, it's the reason we came to Italy"

Quaint and close to restaurants, but quiet. A few blocks from the train station (we hoofed it with heavy bags). We would stay there again. FABULOUS, ELEGANT BREAKFAST!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. This was a perfect choice to access Cinque Terre, visit Portofino, and explore Santa Margherita. The hotel is an easy walk to/from the train station and waterfront. Good nearby restaurants. The hotel is tastefully decorated, our room was very comfortable with a small balcony. Generous breakfasts. We arrived a day late due to a train strike. We phoned ahead to notify them and the staff were very responsive. To our surprise we were not billed for the missed day. We highly recommend Hotel Tiguillo!

"Nice hotel, close to the train station"

Cozy hotel located in a tourist area. Clean, comfortable room with continental breakfast and free WiFi that actually worked and had a strong signal. Breakfast choices were fresh and included hot options such as eggs. Good location with excellent restaurant options nearby.
