Nice gardens ~ large room

Staff cold and unwelcoming~ restaurant staff repeatedly getting order wrong. Soulless place. Moved to our favourite the MEC where they greet you by your first name know your drink

Lovely hotel, great location and super amenities. The spa was spectacular and the private beach wonderful. Free shuttles to the beach all day, as well as free pickup and drop off at the nearby train stations. Superb breakfast and very warm staff. We booked a superior room to get spa and beach access included and were upgraded to an enormous deluxe room. Overall a really enjoyable way to spend our birthdays!

Size of room

Advertising a pool, but would cost 40 euros for 2 hours....ac did not work...was very noisy one night...

Good location and nice hotel (only the new rooms).

Majority of the rooms are very, very old and need renovation. We checked in after midnight due to our flight being delayed and had to wait somewhere between 40-60 min to check in because the person who was at the reception was a security guy (he did his best). We got a room which was very old one and was changed on the next day with renovated one.

Location and friendliness of staff

Beach club was a nightmare on a Sunday and the hotel did not mention bringing my own towel! With a lot of difficulty, them no English and me no Italian, the bus driver brought me a towel from the hotel on his next drop off. I absolutely loved the Spa and used it thoroughly. Little bit disappointed to be charged another 50 euro for the hour my business colleague used it for however.

My room was dated, shower leaked into the bathroom and the entire floor was under water by the end of the shower!

Kids under 16, can”t use hotel swimng pool, it was not writen anywhere in information
