Reginna Palace Hotel

The hotel was clean and the location was good! The staff was unfriendly at the reception desk were unfriendly and in accommodating. The girls at the breakfast area were very nice. I was checking in with 3 other couples on my 45th wedding anniversary. All 3 other couples were put on the 5th floor with nice balconies and I was put on the 1st floor in a noisy room. I asked if I could change and they said I could not. I they immediately wanted full payment so I assumed they would charge me the correct amount and they did not. They forgot to subtract the deposit taken days before and acted like it was my fault!! They said it would take a few weeks for the credit to go back on my charge card. My room was noisy, but clean. The pool area was small and the pool water was ice cold. Unfortunately, the beach across the street was under construction so we could go to the beach either.. The hotel location was good and the we enjoyed the area. I would not recommend this hotel.. there were other choices in the area.

Location was amazing - beautiful oasis away from the chaos of Amalfi and Positano. Hotel staff were very helpful- booking transfers for us and making local calls.

Water pressure was pretty average. Time of year (May) the beach chairs were not yet set up so that was a little disappointing.

Gut im Zentrum und am Strand gelegen.

Für einen derart hohen Preis sollte man sich ein Zimmer erwarten können, das nicht von der Pool-Pumpe dauerhaft beschallt wird. Die erste Erfahrung, die ich im Zimmer gemacht habe, war der Sturz der Vorhangstange. Auf dem Boden waren angeschnittene Nägel, offenbar von einem anderen Gast hinterlassen.
