On the beach, clean, up to date, courteous staff, good value

Reception Staff were exceptional. Breakfast staff made you feel special and attended to. Our ferry was cancelled and the young man helped us sort other transport. Outstanding help.

Pool was lovely but freezing cold!!!!! I’m not sure why they don’t heat their pools in Italy. Very few people use the pools for obvious reasons. However the hotel rooms, dining and staff were excellent!!!! I’d go back!!

Okay the BREAKFAST. Amazing. This hotel was basically beach front! Their beach club was 25 euros for 2 chairs, so nice!! The pool was beautiful! 10/10 recommend!

I highly advise against staying at this hotel. We had stuff stolen from our room, paint coming off the walls and the staff didn’t seem to care. Theft: The staff was very nice when we were checking in. However there was a problem with our room door and therefore the housekeeping didn’t close it (as shown in the video) it happened 4 days in a row where we had to look through our things and tell reception who did not seem to care. When they finally did resolve the problem they didn’t even apologize or mention it. After getting home we found out that we had a pair of expensive earrings stolen from our room. When reaching out they just said I had never happened before and therefore it would never happen. Quality of rooms: Might have been good once, however our bathroom had broken tiles and two times we had paint falling off into our shower or down on the floor What to be aware of: - They charge 40 euro just to use the beach that they own. So if you’re looking forward to beaches, better find a hotel which has it included - The water in the shower changes between temperature by itself I wish we had kept looking for hotels before thinking this was a good idea..
