Very nice to see that they had egg station

The night we came there we got this stressful message about the water was going to be shut off for a whole day in the hotel due to water crisis in the region. A lot of back and forth after hours of waiting for a managers response they told us that the water would be on but could come and go. They just didn’t understand that the water access was a dealbreaker for us and they denied any kind of refund. We told them we would happy to leave the region in Italy and go somewhere to not take the risk but they said no. This information was not in booking also but it was in the reception. The room here is the smallest one I have ever been at, and I have at least 50-60 stays in booking with various hotels across the world. When I tell you it’s small it is SMALL. We had 2 luggage’s and could only keep one of them open at 1 time. Same with if you are 2 person. Do not get the small double room!!!!!

A nice hotel with great location in the heart of the charming town Maiori. The only drawback is some noise from the streets and other rooms (depending where you get the room) and hard beds. The pool and area is wonderful. Beach/pool towels are free but it costs 5 euros to change them. Breakfast is good but could be more glutenfree options. You can order different coffes (cappuccino etc) for free, make your own orange juice and they make fresh omelette on the spot. Thank you for fantastic service from lovely Ena in the reception! She helped us a lot and made our stay even better. Staff like that is exceptional! Also her young male colleague was extra service minded and the girls from breakfast, especially the one from Polen, they were so nice. Very good everyday cleaning of the rooms. The "normal" doublerooms are small, we had booket a superior double room and it was so worth it, very spacious for 3 persons and a small balcony. The prises for renting sunbeds in Maiori varies and you can find it from 20 euros up to 70 so be aware. The beach is just across the street and evening baths are lovely (we used the free beach area). No need for a car, bus and ferry in walking distanse. Taxiprices are insane expensive. Dont forget to visit the roof terrasse at the hotel.

Beautiful hotel perfectly positioned in Maiori for ease of access to beach and nearby restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool area good size and nice with surrounding plants, water described as salt water but it did not have the salty taste or feel of ocean, very nice and good temperature. Good breakfast with continental options and bacon and fresh eggs/omelette. The only negative I have, and this is not the hotel fault but possibly booking agents/sites, is that the small double room contains a small bed which is described as a french bed. It would be a push to have two adults sleep in this bed. It is more like a slightly larger british single. So if booking keep this in mind. We were travelling as family of six and booking site recommended 2 side seaview rooms (perfect size for us with nice view over pool and side onto sea) and one small double room. When seeing small double it was clear this would be difficult. Spoke with reception and they were superb and managed to rearrange to provide a further side Seaview. It was our fortune that the room was available as the hotel was nearing full capacity and any later in week would have been a no go. Please just keep this in mind when booking through other sites etc. That being said the hotel was Very clean, well maintained and never felt overcrowded or busy. Great stay and will definitely stay here again. 5 stars.

Heaven on earth, a tranquil escape located centrally to the beach and the high street Staff were next level nice, would highly recommend Breakfast was great, pool area excellent with plenty of sun and shade Rooms were great (better than the photos) nice and clean

The breakfast was excellent. Vincenzo - the man making the omlettes in the mornings was brilliant.

The coffee was cold on the buffet The room was VERY small Were not able to get a sunbed at the swimming pool.

The STAFF resolved any issues immediately Pool was real fantastic Rooms large , clean and cool Breakfast so tasty Location Can’t wait to come back
