Of course, the breathtaking views, private beach, infinity pool and sunshine of Positano made our stay unforgettable, but what truly set this hotel apart was its exceptional staff. I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly everyone was throughout our stay. We felt truly welcomed and cared for every single day. A special thank you goes to the restaurant managers, the beach staff member, and of course Paolo. Paolo was exceptionally kind to us and went above and beyond in helping with restaurant recommendations and reservations. This hotel will always be associated with him in our memories. Thank you all for delivering such an outstanding level of service. The hospitality, professionalism, and personal attention were truly world-class. We can’t wait to come back.

Our room was located near the bar, which became quite noisy during a wedding event held at the hotel. It would also be great to have an iron available in the room, as only a steamer was provided.

The view was amazing and the staff extremely helpful. The dinner at the hotel was of a very high standard and extremely tasty.

The location obviously was very hilly and therefore steps down to the beach were extremely high, helpful staff advised ways to navigate an easier route.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Hotel Marincanto. My wife and I stayed for two nights during our honeymoon, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip to the Amalfi Coast. From the moment we arrived, Paolo made us feel incredibly welcome. He is, without question, one of the best hotel managers we have ever encountered. He was kind, friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay special. Despite our relatively short stay, Paolo somehow memorized our names and would regularly check in to see how we were enjoying Positano and whether there was anything he could do to help. His warmth and professionalism made us feel less like hotel guests and more like valued friends. When our originally booked room was not yet ready at check-in, Paolo graciously upgraded us to an even nicer room, which was an incredibly thoughtful gesture and a wonderful surprise for our honeymoon. Throughout our stay, he provided phenomenal recommendations for restaurants in both Positano and Ravello, all of which were outstanding. He also directed us to beautiful shops featuring timeless handmade ceramics, allowing us to bring home meaningful pieces that will always remind us of our trip. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views, beautiful accommodations, and exceptional service throughout. We also had dinner at Terrazza Celè, and it was one of the best dining experiences of our entire vacation. The food was exceptional, the wine selection was excellent, and the service was impeccable. Every aspect of the evening exceeded our expectations. Hotel Marincanto provided the perfect setting for our honeymoon, and Paolo played a huge role in making it so memorable. His genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and commitment to guest satisfaction are truly remarkable. We left with incredible memories and cannot wait for the opportunity to return.

Overall, it was wonderful. Great facility, great staff; very knowledgeable.

Just the pressing iron or steamer issue. Every time we took 1, they had to come calling or knocking to take it to another guest. They should improve on that. But over, it was all good.

It’s one of the most beautiful places on earth and perfectly positioned hotel.

Location can’t be beat, one of the few properties with its own beach. Staff were exceptional, especially concierge Paolo . Amazing views from our room and breakfast also great.

Room smelled a bit musty and we were only given 2 bath towels for 4 people
