מלון מצויין. אמנם לא חדש אבל הצוות מקסים לבבי ומאד חם. מתעניינים במה ניתן לסייע להדריך המלצות לימי טיול מסעדות ועוד. ארוחת בקר נהדרת וטרייה . מייד כשהגענו שידרגו לנו את החדר רק כי היה חדר טוב יותר פנוי. שירות מדהים. אחד הטובים שנתקלנו בהם. חדרים גדולים מרווחים ונקיים. ומעל הכל הנוף עוצר נשימה מכל חלון בחדר.

60 EUR parking fee when I'm paying so much for the room! Also, no coffee machine in the room.

This hotel was more than our expectations. The staff were wonderful and the views beautiful.

View of the Positano and the Mediterranean Sea were amazing. Two small balconies with chairs and tables, one off the master the other off the living room/second sleeping area. Staff was fantastic, Paulo in particular took great care from the beginning, made good recommendations and help reserve an excursion. Only two small complaints would be the bed was very firm and we could hear music thumping until late. Still managed to sleep sorta ok so minor compared to the fantastic staff, from Paulo to the receptionist, the manager and wait staff at their restaurant (where we enjoyed an excellent 5-course price fix dinner).

Everything here was wonderful. The front desk staff, the serving staff. Everything. They make you feel at home and that nothing you could ask would be out of the question. It was amazing.

One of our favorite hotels during our time in Italy! It lives up to the name of a romantic hotel. Best to come without kids. Loved the kind friendly staff. They made it special for my husbands 40th birthday. Love the private beach area they have. Great pillows! They give you slippers and a robe to use! And a great beach bag as well! I would stay here again!

For the most expensive hotel of our Italian trip, our stay was underwhelming due to inconsistent service and a lack of professional hospitality. The core issue lies in staff training. During check-in, we were verbally given instructions for contacting the front desk, but this number was not listed anywhere in the room. The next day, when I needed luggage assistance, I had to walk to the front desk to ask. When I politely suggested that this information should be provided in writing, the staff member defensively replied, "We should have told you at check-in," instead of acknowledging the oversight. This is not the polished, solution-oriented response one expects at this price point. Furthermore, the breakfast service was inattentive. Staff were often engaged in their own conversations rather than attending to guests, making it difficult to get coffee refills or ask questions. While the property and views are undoubtedly beautiful, the service fell short of the luxury standard we paid for. For this premium price, we expected impeccable hospitality, which was unfortunately missing.

Loved the location and amenities. It was a great stay and walkable to everything and loved the access to pool and private beach!!
