Solo una notte con cane di piccola taglia. Hotel molto accogliente vicino alla stazione ed al centro pedonale anche con angoli per bimbi(apprezzati anche se non mi riguardano al momento). Molto colorato. Di certo stucchevole per uomini ma non per donne. Personale molto gentile. Tisane biscotti a disposizione e boiler nella stanza molto apprezzato

Nel bagno non c erano i dispenser per shampoo e sapone ormai ovunque presenti ma scomode e piccole bustine. Pochi posti macchina davanti al hotel. Vicino parcheggio a pagamento non facile però da raggiungere per il verso della circolazione delle auto

La posizione della struttura è ottima. La colazione è interessante e ci sono anche dei posti auto probabilmente da chiedere all'hotel. Personale cordiale e alla mano.

Niente di specifico, la struttura è un po' vecchio stile, per una notte al volo va bene. Strano il comportamento della luce della camera: l'abat jour era collegata con la luce principale in sincronia.

La cordialità del personale è senza dubbio da evidenziare. Inotre, tutto l'ambiente è confortevole, pratico e comodo. Ho apprezzato il fatto di poter lasciare la camera all 12:00 perchè avevo un lavoro impotante da completare. La colazione è abbondante e molto varia. La camera ed il bagno erano ben puliti.

Il mio soggiorno, benché breve, è stato piacevole. La mia camera con bagno era piccolina, ma accogliente, pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario (apprezzata la presenza dell'area tisane). Personale amichevole e cordiale alla reception, colazione a buffet ricca e variegata, ottima posizione sul piazzale della stazione (molto comoda per chi si muove in treno). Il centro di Lucca è a dieci minuti a piedi. Ci tornerei.
