Hotel Pescille - Tuscany Charme

Staff was great. I would come back in a heartbeat.

Our time in Tuscany was just beautiful. Hiring a car is the best way to see the area. Hotel Pescille is just out of town which was great. They had car parking and fantastic grounds. During summer it would be a great place to base yourself for a few days. Our only issue was that we couldn't access their wi-fi in our room. The walls were too thick for the signal. We were also told about a restaurant that was a few hundred meters down the hill called Zafferano. It is a top class restaurant with very affordable prices. Please go there for dinner.

Breakfast can use some improvement.Scrambled eggs were cold both mornings. Beautiful location.

Loved Hotel Pescille and it's great location. Beautiful property, with lots of little alcoves to relax in. Nice breakfast with great variety of coffees. We just wish we had more time there to enjoy the relaxing surroundings.

Undoubtedly the nicest stay we had anywhere in Italia. The Hotel, the grounds and especially the great people made this very enjoyable.

Lovely 5 nights in the hotel. It's a little further out from the town but driving during the day and getting cabs in the evening was really easy. The food was great and the wine even better. Very friendly staff gives the place a family feel. Would definitely recommend!

Hotel room was spacious and very clean, with somewhat spartan furnishings, but still comfortable.Great location to relax. Short drive to town but parking in town is a headache at times.Could not find hotel on GPS as it does not appear to be in San Gimignano as the address provided by Expedia indicates.

This lovely hotel is just a 5 minute drive to San Gimigano. It is quite large with many unique areas for sitting and relaxing inside, probably an old chateau or something at one time. No elevator but front desk brought our bags up. Our room was huge, with a separate room for luggage and great view of countryside. You can choose either the view of city or county. The grounds are amazing, huge modern clean pool then again so many different areas for relaxing, lawn chairs, or tables under grape arbours or tables in front facing the city plus a neat little bar out front serving very reasonable good wine. Also an amazing restaurant about 500 metres down a back lane, best I had in Italy. I wish I could stay here longer. A hidden gem.

There was no AC and the bed was hard and small. The area is beautiful, the owner/staff are very nice and the breakfast was good but overall it was not worth the cost. We stayed in more comfortable places for half the price.

We enjoyed our stay at this old hotel outside of San Gimignano. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Our room had a second floor in a tower with windows on all four sides. We had a great view of San Gimignano and the surrounding countryside. The grounds are gorgeous. There are many terraces and seating areas and a lovely pool.
