"Comfortable, but basic"

Pleasant stay in beautiful setting. Room was basic, breakfast mediocre, staff was helpful but not overly friendly. WiFi was good and parking was ample. There is a lift, but stairs still needed to get to the lift and to breakfast, which may present problems for mobility impaired. Close to San Gimignano, but definitely a long strenuous walk.

"Excellent"

Charming old farmhouse turned into a small hotel. Hotel staff were tremendously helpful and kind. The "Tuscan dinner" and breakfast included with our stay were great. Only knocks are the fact that it is still a drive away from San Gimignano (a solid hour walk with the winding roads and hills) and the tap water was very metallic.

"Family holiday in Chianti"

We stayed two nights at Hotel Pescille. It has amazing views over San Gimignano, and you can drive into town in less than 5 minutes. The vineyard, and old farmhouse plus extensions is very attractive, and well set out. Our kids enjoyed the large clean pool and spa, and we enjoyed the sun loungers. The breakfast was good. Our rooms were very large, and both of them had a lovely balcony where we could sit and have a drink. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful Hotel, great host, peaceful atmosphere. Love the hotel! It was like a museum or castle. I love the Bar interior. You can tour winery near this hotel. Thank you for your kindness :)

"Rustic italian charm."

The Hotel is a little way out of San Gimignano, but it's location is perfect. The view across to SG and the rolling Tuscan hills beyond was breathtaking. It was an exceptionally quiet place with very good gardens to relax in. The pool and hot tub were very well maintained. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Breakfasts were very good - taken out on the patio adjacent to the pool. I would strongly recommend this to others - it might only have three stars but it punches well above its weight. An unforgettable place.

"The best all-around in San Gimi"

Everything about this property was the best. Starting with service staff, comfortable and clean room. Good breakfast and dinner. Great location with a beautiful view of San Gimi. If you have a car it's easy to get to the village/town, but if you don't have one, no worries, they will arrange transportation for not a lot of money. Their wifi worked the best of many places we visited in Italy and Croatia. This was my favorite city in Italy and I could easily spend a long time at this property.

"Great pool, wonderful location!"

Very friendly welcome and staff and a lovely room. Wonderful rustic Italian hotel which features a beautiful infinity pool with plenty of space and loungers. Breakfast was pretty basic, but otherwise a most enjoyable stay.
