Breakfast was exceptional

The wine experience could be better cultivated. It would have been good if they offered tours more so than just the tasting. The tasting experience was too basic, not even cheese and crackers. We had to explore tours elsewhere

The breakfast spread was astounding and delicious. There were so many options and we were very happy to have to choose! Often places have just pastries and coffee but they had a huge charcuterie spread, pastries, eggs, all sorts of coffees, fresh juice, yogurt, nuts, dried fruit, fresh fruit… quite sumptuous!

Can’t think of anything. (Maybe asking all the people parking in the lot to pull forward so other cars can get by but that’s not really the Sovestro’s fault.)

Practically everything was lovely. The surroundings, cleanliness of establishment and rooms. Rooms were cleaned every day and staff very helpful. For a three star, standards exceeded our expectations by far. But one of the highlights was the buffet breakfast was amazing. We ate a dinner there as well and both staff and food were top notch. Highly recommend.

Nothing about the property. Just best to have a car. If you want to visit the town of San Giminiano it is around half an hour walk. The only thing I think that needs a bit improvement would be to increase shuttle times. Other than that it was a beautiful place.

Stunning location, family run hotel and vineyard. Staff so accommodating and food delicious. Reasonably priced. They also provided a shuttle into town. Loved our stay here and would highly recommend
