Albergo Filippeschi

Camera un po' al risparmio, nonostante il prezzo non economicissimo. Set da due persone per gli asciugamani e da una persona per shampoo/bagnoschiuma nonostante avessimo prenotato per tre. Colazione un po' minimale. Forse crisi da covid, speriamo che passi. Personale gentile.

Great location. Rooms basic but very nice. CNN on TV, Breakfast was great. Traffic on cobblestone street was very noisy if you had a front room, which we did. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Not fancy and modern but really a sweet place. Can’t beat the location.

I enjoyed my room here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very pretty. It was within walking distance to the Duomo and other interesting sites. It was raining and the staff offered me an umbrella. All in all, it was a very nice place to stay and I would highly recommend it. The price was good, too!

Great hotel. very friendly helpful staff

This was a very nice small hotel right in the heart of Orvieto. The only problem I had was that my room was on the front street side which was very noisy. If the window was opened to get cool air into the room at night, there was too much noise to go to sleep before midnight. Also, the shutters could not be opened, so it was a little dark in the room. No lift, so be ready for plenty of stairs.

No reflection on the hotel, BUT...streets so narrow a small car almostdoes not fit. Free parking down a 45* inclined street! Great restaurants, pretty vistas.

About Orvieto, NO overnight parking anywhere near hotels. Drop off luggage, drive to garage, cab back. Not my hotel's fault!! Great ceramics, good food. Find and visit British WWII cemetery!! Countryside lovely.
