Les lits sont durs comme des planches. On ne peut pas rentrer dans la douche très étroite et on ne peut pas y bouger, pas d’eau chaude en même temps à la douche et au lavabo Beaucoup trop cher (173€ + parking 26€)

I stayed a whole week at this hotel, and found it charming and relaxing. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice area with some good restaurants very close and a short distance to the city centre.

Hôtel présenté comme 4 étoiles…. Oui dans le hall d’entrée. Chambre pas très grandes, salle de douche petite et douche minuscule. Poubelles de la chambre pas toujours vidées…. Petit déjeuner par contre et amabilité du personnel en général, très bien.

Hotellet ligger i utkanten av den centrala delen av staden. Inget fel på servicen, personalen är tillmötesgående och hjälpsam. Hade executive rum, men kunde inte se något särskilt som skulle ge den titeln, allt var basic. Oerhört LYHÖRT! Du hörde din granne nysa, duscha, tala i telefon, etc, etc. dvs, mycket störande. Så inte värt priset vi betalade. Annars är Bologna en trevlig stad för en förlängd weekend. I juletid finns det många och trevliga marknader att vandra omkring i

Séjour en septembre 2023. Prêts du centre-ville de Bologne. Tout est accessible facilement à pied. Hotel très propre. Personnel accueillant. Chambre confortable. Déjeuner excellent, beaucoup de choix. Je le recommande.

Nett, Zimmer ok, Dusche sehr klein. Frühstück kann spannender. Hotel sagt es gehört zu den 10 besten Boutique Hotels in Italien. Das glauben wir nicht.

My experience was an absolute nightmare. They managed to botch my reservation, gave me the wrong room, and then offered another that wasn't ready. The hotel felt incredibly fake, as if they were trying to deceive and rip us off. Adding to the misery was the abysmal breakfast, outdated rooms that looked nothing like the pictures, and the false promise of parking, which turned out to be non-existent. Right from check-in, it was clear that the staff had no clue what they were doing. They couldn't get my reservation right and shrugged off their mistake. The room they eventually gave us was outdated and worn down, not at all like the enticing images they displayed on their website. The hotel's fake facade extended to the lackluster breakfast, which consisted of stale pastries and tasteless fruit. Meanwhile, the so-called "high-speed" Wi-Fi barely functioned, leaving me even more frustrated. Adding insult to injury, the hotel had claimed to offer parking, but when I arrived, there was no such facility. I had to waste time searching for parking in the area, feeling deceived and let down once again. To sum it up, my stay was a prime example of false advertising, deception, and incompetence. The management seemed more interested in making a quick buck than providing a pleasant experience for guests. Spare yourself the misery and steer clear of this disastrous hotel. There are plenty of other options in the area that actually deliver on their promises.
