Personale alla reception gentilissimo che con premura chiedessero come andava e si aggiornavano sul nostro benessere. Camera top, bagno pulito e comodo. Davvero un peccato essere stati lì solo una notte ma sicuro una prossima volta se torneremo a Ferrara sicuro prenoterò nuovamente qui!

Incrível, estávamos comemorando 38 anos de casados e fomos surpreendidos com um up-grade para um apartamento maravilhoso, com um champagne, docinhos e frutas de boas vindas. Nossa estadia fou maravilhosa e Ferrara é uma cidade linda que merece ter um hotel no nível de um Carlton.
