Personalen var vänlig och rummet var stilfullt renoverat

Frukosten var inte särskilt bra Tekopparna var små, brödet och morotskakan var torr. Fruktjuicen industriell. Fruktfaten var nästan tomt och den mest synliga apelsin för rutten.

The room was quite spacious and newly renovated. The hotel structure is cool. wonderful breakfast. lots of free parking near the hotel (not in the ZTL). The location is good, only 5-10 min walk to the ski lift. also hotel provide ski shuttle.

Bed and pillows was kinda hard for my taste. No blaconies in the rooms. The spa wasn't included which was a shame, and cost ridiculously 43 EUR entry (but it also wasnt listed to have a spa, so...)

Vraiment dommage que l'isolation acoustique n'est pas été réalisée lors de la rénovation de l'hôtel. Très très mauvaise isolation des portes d'entrée des chambres ainsi que des plafonds (entendre les gens marcher avec leurs chaussures de ski au dessus de notre tête n'était pas très agréable). Petit déjeuner varié (salé et sucré) mais peu qualitatif.

The hotel is rates a 4 star but unfortunately while the rooms and building is impressive, the food and service is totally un acceptable, food is boring, bland, repeditive and more of the quality of a 2 star it reminded me of school canteed food ithe the breakfast swimming in fat, going out to eat is the best option as it showed by the empty tables. The drinks were double what you would expect to pay 10 euro for a simple beer you are charged for anything including plain,water with the evening meal, we asked for a simple tea bag and they wanted 3 euros just for the bag, its laughable. None of our group would ever stay here again
