Hotel Centro

Mit dem Bus benötigt man ca. 45 min bis zum Bahnhof Florenz, von da ist alles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Im Hotel hatten wir ein altes noch nicht renoviertes Zimmer, was nicht so schön war. Das Personal ist der englischen Sprache nicht mächtig und macht ein Fragen nach dingen sehr schwierig

We stayed for a couple of nights at Centro, the hotel and room though old was clean and tidy. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel and parking as the hotel is off the main road. Apart from that we had a very nice stay, the staff, especially Fernando (?) was extremely helpful and always willing to help, whether it is finding parking, directions, or finding a good restaurant. Overall excellent value for money, I recommend!

The hotel itself is really far from the city of Florence, but it is easily accessible using the bus. Nothing really much to do in the surrounding area, except go to the grocery store or to a gelateria that is close to it. The worst thing about this hotel is that the rooms are infested with black mold and Mosquitos. Seriously had 36 mosquito bites in one night.

Had a bad experience staying in this place. Staff were really rude, toilet were not clean, BF was really pathetic. Stay at your own risk.

My daughter and arrived with heavy bags from the bus stop about a block away and were greeted with smiles. The room was clean and comfortable and what I expect in this price range. The hotel is located in a main square where children play and grandmothers chat and it was a wonderful introduction to the Florence area and there are many wonderful shops to browse and a local farm market on the street during the summer months. It is 20 minutes by bus to the main station in Florence.

Oltre ad un piccolo di diverbio con il personale dell'albergo , hotel sporco non confortevole e pieno di polvere. Bagno inguardabile!!!! Proprio male male

We took a spontaneous trip to Florence and needed a place to stay over night. We found this hotel on Hotels.com and we were very happy with our luck. It was a wonderful little hotel that we stayed at for 2 nights.

habiamos reservado 2 habitaciones y en ningun lugar decía que no se podía acceder con el auto. La zona era de dudosa seguridad y el hotel de inaccesible acceso con lo cual debimos buscar otro hotel con el agravante que nos cobraron igual. No lo recomiendo y aconsejo que se chequeen los comentarios de los pasajeros ya que son de dudosa credibilidad. La zona era marginal.

the hotel was horrible, we got a room that stank and was not what we had paid. an unpleasant experience, not recommended at all. Nothing worked well

Arrivando alle ore 23,00 trovo l'hotel chiuso, a nulla e' servito chiamare tutti i numeri di telefono scritti sulla porta....sono rimasto in mezzo alla strada!! La giustificazione del giorno dopo: " il ceck in e' sino alle ore 20!" Hanno avuto anche il coraggio di addebitarmi il costo della notte di cui non ho usufruito!! Semplicemente assurdo!!
