Propreté impeccable, mais comportement du gérant inadmissible et agressif L'hôtel est très propre, bien situé et le reste du personnel de l'établissement fait correctement son travail.

Malheureusement, notre séjour a été totalement gâché par la deuxième nuit et l'attitude du gérant. Une fête avec musique à fond sous nos fenêtres nous a empêchés de dormir. À 1h30 du matin, face à l'absence de réaction, nous avons dû appeler la réception pour que le volume soit enfin baissé. Le pire est survenu le matin au moment du départ : lorsque nous avons poliment demandé un geste commercial légitime pour cette nuit blanche, le gérant (un homme âgé) s'est emporté de manière disproportionnée. Il est devenu extrêmement agressif, nous a insultés ("cazzo") et a même levé la main de façon menaçante vers nous. Un tel comportement est indigne d'un professionnel du tourisme et totalement inacceptable. Nous avons signalé cette agression au service client de Booking. À éviter tant que la direction ne change pas d'attitude envers ses clients.

Struttura curata e ben tenuta. Colazione a buffet dolce e salata. Posizionata in maniera strategica per raggiungere Maratea o altri paesi dell'alto Tirreno cosentino. Personale cortese e disponibile.

Le camere sono sostanzialmente pulite ma ho notato, all'accensione del condizionatore, una gran quantità di polvere nelle alette. Sarebbe utile eseguire pulirle almeno 1-2 volte l'anno.
