Staff were particularly helpful. We arrived early and they were able to bring our check-in forward, serving us a coffee while we waited. Room was fine. Very helpful assisting with the EV recharging station. The restaurant was excellent for the evening meal.

Having to queue for breakfast with a tray like a cafetria rather than help-yourself-as-you-go buffet might have been better. Going back for a second coffee meant re-joining the slow queue. Choice of breakfast cereals could have been better. Does anybody really eat Coco Pops? To be fair, cereal is not really an Italian thing. Otherwise the served fare was good.
