Location was great. Staff was super helpful and communicated before our stay so we had all the correct gps coordinates to find our way. Breakfast was ample and delicious.

Room is very compact and towels were small.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Duomo in Orvieto. It has a smaller, charming feel that makes it comfortable and welcoming. The staff was very kind and helpful throughout our stay, especially with arranging dining reservations and answering questions about the area. The room cleaning service was impressively fast and efficient, and we appreciated the spacious glass elevator, which made getting around with luggage much easier. Breakfast each morning was wonderful with a great selection, and staff that made it a relaxing atmosphere. The best part of the hotel is definitely the location — right in the center of the city and perfect for exploring Orvieto on foot. While some areas of the hotel could benefit from a refresh or update, the excellent service and unbeatable location more than made up for it. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

I would highly recommend this hotel in Orvieto. It was comfortable, with tasteful furnishings. The staff were very helpful and assisted me in keeping my luggage after my stay for several hours. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location of the hotel close to the beautiful Duoma made it easy to find and at the centre of the town.

Beste Lage mit schönen Zimmern, einem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal und gutem Frühstück. Kostenpflichtiger abgesperrter Privat-Parkplatz gleich um die Ecke. Der Dom ist bei Nacht besonders schön und erhaben und nur wenige Schritte von Hotel entfernt.

Die Duschtasse war ziemlich rutschig.

Wonderful Experience! The staff was super helpful with restaurant recommendations "Mama Angelas" and finding the private parking lot. Totally worth the 20 euros a day! We had a room with a lovely view of the Duomo and rooftops up on the 3rd floor. Comfy bed! Ideal location for visiting Orvieto!!!
