駅から近く歩いて行けて、お部屋も広くて綺麗で、ベランダまでついていて外に出られました。 窓からはドーモが見えて素晴らしいローケーションでした。 レセプションの人も親切に応対してくれました。

È stato davvero un soggiorno piacevole. Tutto lo staff è stato gentilissimo, dall'accoglienza anche in orario precedente a quello indicato per il check-in, alle spiegazioni e consigli sul soggiorno. La camera era pulitissima, molto spaziosa, con la fornitura di ciabattine e prodotti detergenti di una nota marca di qualità. Ultima coccola per noi la colazione, con vasta scelta di dolce e salato e, cosa rara, un succo d'arancia vero fresco e buonissimo. Assolutamente consigliato!

Really great breakfast with eggs,bacon and many other options. Excellent cappuccinos. Lovely, helpful staff who made dinner reservations for us. Great water pressure in the shower.

Lovely property in a great location. Staff is excellent and very friendly. We had a flat tire and Europcar was difficult and unhelpful. Alyssa, at the front desk, made many calls and found us a mechanic to fix the tire. She was amazing. Kudos Alyssa. The rest of the staff has also been terrific. Great breakfast. Will certainly stay here again.

We had a lovely suite but the other rooms are a bit small. Still location and property is perfect.

It was in a perfect location! We were steps from the Duomo and many charming shops and restaurants. The staff was great and the breakfast was very good. The decor was a bit dated but very comfortable. I would definitely choose it again and recommend it highly.

One thing... please please please, put some not-slip strips on the shower floor. It was a great shower except that it was treacherous in how slippery it was. Stepping out of it was a hazard, please add some strips.

Great location and very friendly staff. All the staff were extremely helpful and patient with our questions. It rained while we were there and they have nice umbrellas for use.
