Posizione vicina al centro, per le feste in piazza ottima. Parcheggio molto vicino. Aria condizionata funzionante. Guardiania all'ingresso.

Camera piccola e letti non troppo confortevoli. Arredamento datato e adattato. Poche prese per caricare cellulari. Bagno piccolo ma soprattutto tenuto male, con evidente mancanza di manutenzione (mobiletti gonfiati, manopole smontate, doccia a tendina poco pratica, ruggine sulle tubature).
